LINUX ARCHITECT / INTEGRATION / SPECIALIST (Oulu)

We are looking for a person who can strengthen our team with strong experience of LINUX SW DEVELOPMENT.

On your field you will be responsible for the architecture development and selections, implementation project planning, ramping-up the implementation projects as well as being accountable for the quality and schedule for final deliveries to products. The most important selection criteria will be the technical competence and the ability to drive things forward. Success in this role is measured through the quality of the deliveries and satisfaction of the counter parties.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic personality who will play an important role from the first versions of SW concepts to the final approval of the SW delivery. He/she works as an internal consultant in his expertise area.

Requirements

• Broad expertise and experience on the Linux SW development area with track record of solid deliveries to product programs
• Expertise on one or more of the following areas: QT, GTK or MAEMO
• Ability to think strategically and make quick decisions in unclear environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal communications required
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and welcoming to challenge
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions to difficult problems
• Excellent analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to recreate and see new opportunities
